Biography

Assisting Success Limited is pleased to welcome Sam Clark, MSc, NEC, MAPM as Associate Director (Programme and Project Services).

Sam brings over a decade of experience delivering major UK infrastructure projects, most recently serving as Head of Delivery for HS2 Ltd at Old Oak Common Station.

In this role, Sam played a leading part in one of the UK’s most complex station programmes. His responsibilities included the delivery of complex contestable and non-contestable utility diversions and new connections, alongside managing NEC contracts, establishing robust governance arrangements, and leading multidisciplinary teams across HS2, Network Rail, and key delivery partners including Balfour Beatty, VINCI, and SYSTRA.

Sam’s career also spans senior leadership roles across HS2’s Euston and Birmingham Interchange Stations, as well as the London Bridge Station Redevelopment for Network Rail, where he consistently drove programme performance, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery certainty.

Sam’s appointment further strengthens Assisting Success’s capability across programme delivery, utilities, and complex infrastructure leadership, supporting our mission to deliver successful outcomes in a safer, faster, and greener way.
