Trevor Pritchard

Trevor joins us with an exceptional 37-year track record in utilities and infrastructure, having held senior roles across organisations including Turner & Townsend, Mace and Affinity Water.

Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in delivering some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile projects, from major London developments to nationally significant infrastructure schemes.

Trevor brings particularly strong experience in the water sector. He spent a significant part of his early career at Affinity Water, where he worked in a range of roles from the design of water mains, contractor supervision and delivery management on major projects including Heathrow Terminal 5 and Wembley Stadium. He also supported Southern Water AMP6 project delivery across various schemes.

More recently, Trevor has continued to build an impressive portfolio across complex development and infrastructure environments which included him playing a lead #utilities role on the Earl’s Court redevelopment as well as datacentre projects.

His expertise and knowledge of utilities legislation, technical due diligence, procurement, delivery and stakeholder management will further strengthen our capability to support clients in delivering complex utility diversions and new connections in a safer, faster and better way.
