Julie Robertson is Operations Director at Assisting Success, where she owns P&L, governance, financials and end-to-end service delivery across the consultancy’s UK portfolio. With 25 years in financial services and public-sector infrastructure, she combines strategic clarity with exacting process discipline. Since joining in 2022, Julie has scaled the business by building the sales, compliance, customer service and HSEQ frameworks that support rapid, regulated growth. A board-level communicator and Green Book-qualified business-case practitioner, she aligns people, data and technology to unlock sustainable value.
